30-Day Guarantee – Hassle-Free Returns & Refunds

At Tadigoals, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not fully satisfied, we make returns and refunds simple and transparent.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Returns should not be sent to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Personal care items
  • Health or hygiene products
  • Perishable goods
  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank or payment account
  2. Contact your card issuer — it may take time before your refund is officially posted

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
To exchange, email us at tadigoals@gmail.com and send the item to:

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

You’ll be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from it.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for items over $75, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your return.
